Availability

I’m in the South Manchester area

One to one sessions are available by appointment on Thursdays Fridays Saturdays and Sundays. Early in the day or evening can sometimes be accommodated.

A series of classes will run periodically, I will post details beforehand.

Another option could be, if you have a theme you want to explore with a group, such as,

“Better sleep”, “Looking after your back”, “Rejuvenating the body”, “Finding easier running”

this could be done in a workshop format or within a few once a week classes.
